Event Sponsorships
If you would like to sponsor the First annual Bug Run there are a few different options:
Silver “Bike Armour” Sponsorship ($100)
• Includes your company name/ logo on a banner that will be displayed at the event
• Includes company name/logo on the back of the t-shirts that will be sold at the event
Gold “Chopper” Sponsorship ($150)
• Includes company name/ logo on a banner that will be displayed at the event
• Includes company name/ logo on the back of the t-shirts that will be sold at event
• Allows you to contribute one promotional item and/or piece of literature to the gift bags that
• Includes your company name/ logo on a banner that will be displayed at the event
• Includes company name/logo on the back of the t-shirts that will be sold at the event
Gold “Chopper” Sponsorship ($150)
• Includes company name/ logo on a banner that will be displayed at the event
• Includes company name/ logo on the back of the t-shirts that will be sold at event
• Allows you to contribute one promotional item and/or piece of literature to the gift bags that
will be given to the event guests. (Please provide a minimum of 125 items/copies of literature for the bags)• Includes 2 complimentary tickets to the event
Platinum “Road King” Sponsorship ($250) - ONLY 2 SPOTS AVAILABLE
• Includes company name/ logo on a banner that will be displayed at the event
• Includes company name/ logo on the back of the t-shirts that will be sold at event
• Allows you to contribute one promotional item and/or piece of literature to the gift bags that will be given to the event guests. (Please provide a minimum of 125 items/copies of literature for the bags)• Allows you to Sponsor one of the registration tables at either the beginning location of the run
or the ending of the run. You will be allowed to decorate the table with a banner, advertising
your company or product as well as distributing literature to the registrants. Also, you will be
allowed to have a representative from your company stationed at the table promoting your
company/product.
• Includes 4 complimentary tickets to the event (this includes admission for the representative)
We respectfully ask that you please remember that while this is a great opportunity to get advertising and attention for your company that you please remember that this is a memorial charity event. Acceptance of sponsorships is at the discretion of SIDS of IL, Inc.
Contributions such as gift certificates and items for the silent auction are also needed and greatly appreciated.
